It is important to complete your Dimona declarations accurately and on time. Employers must declare each newly hired employee to the social security authorities before their first day of work. Similarly, when an employee's contract ends, their departure must be reported no later than the first business day following their last working day. Failure to do so may cause problems in granting social benefits to employees.
As an employer, you can fill in the declarations yourself or entrust them to Pro-Pay.
However, if it is not possible to inform Pro-Pay in time about the start or end of the employment of one of your employees (for example, during weekends or public holidays), and a Dimona needs to be urgently completed, you can always submit a declaration yourself by following this link.
In view of the language legislation, the Dimona application is only available in Dutch, French or German.
Does your organization prefer to manage Dimona declarations independently, or do you require urgent assistance but are unsure where to start? We are happy to organize a tailored training session or a dedicated webinar for your team, providing step-by-step guidance on how to correctly complete Dimona declarations.
